SPECIAL REPORT: The airlines have suddenly got tough on your luggage allowance and are charging outrageous rates for extra kilos. Just 1 kilo over and you are gone. They blame it on fuel costs the recession everything but the truth is they’ve found a guaranteed way to make extra money.
